Community is optimistic the Lumina Theater will stay open

The Lumina Theater has been part of Chapel Hill’s Southern Village for nearly 20 years. But after a decline in moviegoers, the theater is struggling to stay open. Southern Village residents have taken it upon themselves to save the theater.
