Buzzing about Bee School: community members learn the profession

In Chapel Hill it’s not uncommon to hear buzz about UNC’s renowned business school, but there’s another kind of “Bee school” in the area. Each year, the Orange County Beekeepers Association holds a class where people can learn all about the unique trade.

The 2019 class wrapped up last weekend with a hands-on field day, but the end of the class is only the start of the students’ journey with bees.
