No players, no games – two local high schools cancel football season

Friday night lights are shining a little less brightly around Orange County this fall. Two high schools, Chapel Hill High and Cedar Ridge, canceled their 2018 football seasons.

Both schools say not enough students wanted to play.  Other schools are fielding teams, but have smaller rosters than they used to.
