UNC professor proposes high-speed ferry service for Inner Banks

Spring is here, which means vacationers will be flocking to the Outer Banks.

However, a UNC professor wants to increase tourism for the Inner Banks — the intercoastal region of Eastern North Carolina.  He says a high speed ferry system is the ticket to do it.
