Court rules against UNC, orders release sexual assault records

A court decision this week would give the public more information about sexual assault cases at UNC.  The North Carolina Court of Appeals ruled that The Daily Tar Heel — and other news organizations — have a right to see university records about sexual assault offenses and punishments. UNC wanted to keep those records private.
