Local immigration raids result in more than a dozen arrests

Federal immigration agents arrested at least a dozen people in the Triangle this week in a series of raids that have local Latino advocates and other public officials on edge.

Eliazar Posada is the Community Engagement & Advocacy Manager at El Centro Hispano, a non-profit organization whose mission is to advocate for equity and inclusion for the Latino community in the Triangle.

We spoke with him at his office about the raids.
