To Woody Durham, Tar Heel Sports co-workers were family

Woody Durham was a fixture for Tar Heel fans for four decades. He died this week at the age of 76.

Freddie Kiger worked with Woody Durham at the Tar Heel Sports Network. Kiger is a historian and professor at UNC.

He spoke with us from Brooklyn, New York, where he was working statistics for ESPN and RayCom Sports at the ACC tournament.
