Proposal would raise N.C. smoking, vaping age

As just about every college student knows, you can’t legally buy alcohol until you’re 21. Now some state leaders want to impose the same rule for two other unhealthy habits:  smoking and vaping.

The bipartisan bill in the state legislature would raise the age for buying and using tobacco products.
