Chapel Hill held its first annual food truck rodeo on Sunday to show off the new enhancements to Rosemary Street. But food trucks are usually pretty rare in Chapel Hill. Restaurants fear they interfere with their businesses. Tala Goudarzi went to Rosemary street to see how it all rolled out.
