New exhibit salutes 50th anniversary of Charlie Scott’s historic UNC career

This year marks the 50th anniversary of Charlie Scott’s enrollment at UNC. A new exhibit at Wilson Library honors Scott, the first black scholarship athlete who overcame bigotry and racism when he came to Carolina in 1966. Sophie Kot has the story.
