Proposal would punish students who disrupt campus speakers

North Carolina Lieutenant Governor Dan Forest is pushing for a new law that he says will promote free speech on college campuses. The measure would punish protesters who try to shut down campus speakers. As George Heath reports, it’s a reaction to recent protests in California.
