Some students apathetic as activists urge them to vote

The countdown to the November 8 general election means that candidates and organizations alike are working hard to get out the vote. But one demographic is historically difficult to reach: college students.

A Raleigh-based public interest and research group is working hard to make sure students are voting, and they’re using students on campus to do so.
