UNC faces backlash for not releasing findings of recent investigations

The university has concluded its investigation into the football program, which led to two high-profile resignations. However, the university is not releasing a final report.

This is the second time UNC has kept a high-profile report sealed. Earlier this year, it also refused to release its findings surrounding issues with the School of Civic Life and Leadership. Now, legal experts and the university are at odds about the balance between privacy and transparency.
