Cat Tales cat cafe on Franklin Street is a well-known entertainment spot for students and families, where they can spend their afternoon bonding with cats. Behind the scenes, Cat Tales Rescue NC, the cafe’s rescue mission, is working to combat rising statewide euthanasia rates for shelter pets.
