UNC students and faculty worry for friends and family in Iran, where communication is limited

In Chapel Hill, Iranian-Americans are worrying about the safety of their loved ones. This week, President Trump announced he would not accept anything less than Iran’s “unconditional surrender” in the rapidly expanding war.  And Israeli officials said they struck an underground bunker in Tehran that belonged to late supreme leader Ali Khamenei.
