Possible CHCCS school closures spark strong emotions for parents and families

At Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools, declining student enrollment and decreases in funding have pushed the Board of Education to consider closing up to two schools. Parents and students voiced concerns and support at the Board’s meeting last week.
