Trump Administration climate change reversal likely will lead to legal challenges

The Trump Administration this week reversed an Obama-era finding that greenhouse gases threaten Americans’ lives. That’s a big move to support fossil fuels. The Environmental Protection Agency said the change would make cars less expensive.

But advocates say the decision will also allow more pollution from coal mines, factories, and other sources.

We’re joined by UNC law professor Donald Hornstein, Director of the Center on Climate, Energy, Environment and Economics.
