At Raleigh’s Dix Park, a Danish artist has turned trash into trolls

At Raleigh’s Dix Conservancy Park, an international artist is bringing whimsy and art into nature. Denmark’s Thomas Dambo and his team of builders have just completed five massive wooden trolls made out of recycled wood, with two more coming to Charlotte and High Point.

Marguerite Stouse took to the park to get a better understanding of the building process and message behind the Trolls.
