Freestyle rappers create beats – and community – weekly

Every Wednesday evening in the Pit, UNC Cypher meets. It’s a group of students and alumni who come together to freestyle rap.

Twumasi Duah-Mensah attended to learn about the community they’ve created among their regular attendees.
