UNC students and faculty fight to rename another building named for a white supremacist

The heads of several UNC departments based in Hamilton Hall want the university to rename the building. The namesake for Hamilton Hall was a white supremacist. Faculty want the building renamed for attorney and civil rights leader Pauli Murray.  They already hung a sign on the building with that name.

UNC has already renamed several buildings that used to bear the names of white supremacists.
