‘Whistleblower’ Willingham not surprised by NCAA decision

Mary Willingham is the former UNC learning specialist who was among the first to raise questions about academic integrity among student athletes. She’s now the regional literacy director for a public school system in Arkansas. She’s also the co-author of Cheated, a book about the UNC academic scandal.
