A warning about those prom and graduation photos: Don’t take them on train tracks

Spring is the perfect time to take pictures, but it’s never the perfect time to take pictures on train tracks.

The North Carolina Department of Transportation has launched the BeRailSafe project to help educate people about railroad safety and encourage them not to use railroads as a cute backdrop.

Kyra Miles reports.
