The school year may be winding down for students, but things are just beginning for Dr. Pamela Baldwin, the new superintendent of the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools. Since she started earlier this month, Baldwin has embarked on what she calls a “listening tour” to better understand the community and its needs.
