Proposal would punish students, faculty for protesting Board of Governors

Following this week’s contentious legislative debate on LGBTQ right, another controversial proposal will likely be on the legislative agenda next month.

It will aim to stop protests at UNC Board of Governors meetings. It would result in punishments for students and faculty who disrupt the board.
