Immigration policy makes impact on UNC student

This year, the Supreme Court will review the constitutionality of President Obama’s “deferred action” immigration policies. They protect undocumented immigrants from deportation for a set period of time. The court is being asked to decide whether the President exceeded his power in creating the two programs. Jessa O’Connor talked with a student who’s protected by deferred action.
