9/11 course earns faculty support

UNC’s Faculty Council has announced its support for a controversial freshman seminar. The seminar, called the “Literature of 9/11,” has been the target of conservative critics who say it sympathizes with terrorists. The Faculty Council passed a resolution yesterday backing the class and its professor, Neel Ahuja.
