Online glitches plague college applicants

by Louis Fernandez

The Common App is an online application that can be used to apply at more than 500 Universities nationwide — including UNC.

You answer the standard college application questions, like what your SAT Scores are and what superhero is most overrated, and Common App sends them to any college that uses their services.

Earlier this month, high schoolers looking to become future Tar Heels had trouble with Common App, with some even missing the Early Action Deadline.

Senior Assistant Director of Admissions for UNC Ashley Memory joins us now to discuss the fallout and how Admissions and Common App are solving this issue.
