UNC has announced that former governor Jim Martin will present his findings about the athletic department investigation at a special Board of Trustees meeting the morning of December 20, then later that day before a panel of the UNC Board of Governors.
Martin has been investigating UNC’s athletic scandal since August. Initially, he was scheduled to release his findings October 11.
The Daily Tar Heel’s university editor, Nicole Comparato, has been following the investigation since this summer and joins us to bring us up to date.
