UNC studies youth concussions

Local high school football and soccer seasons are underway, and with that comes an alarming risk to young people – concussions from on-field injuries. At Carrboro High School alone, there have already been three. This year, the Chapel Hill-Carrboro School system is partnering with UNC to make sure concussions are properly diagnosed and treated.
