Rapper 2 Chainz holds concert at UNC, but during Final Four game

UNC’s Final Four game against Oregon tips off at 8:49 Saturday night, but rapper 2 Chainz is scheduled to perform at the school’s annual Jubilee concert at 8. That obviously causes an entirely new set of problems. And getting a big name performer like him to campus is already difficult enough.
