What does Spellings bring to the UNC system?

Margaret Spellings has held several posts dealing with education, but has never lived in North Carolina, and has never worked full-time in higher education.

Andrew Kelly is the director of the Center on Higher Education Reform at the American Enterprise Institute, a conservative think-tank in Washington, D.C. He joined us to talk about what the appointment of Spellings means to the UNC system.
