Last minute push for student votes

North Carolina’s battle for the Senate between candidates Kay Hagan and Thom Tillis has captured national attention. Today is the last day for early voting, and Election day is Tuesday. Student groups on both sides say they’re doing what they can to drive their supporters to the polls in the final days of the campaign. But one student group has a less partisan goal—getting out the Latino vote.
