It’s been more than a year since the 2013 Boston Marathon where two homemade bombs exploded near the finish line of the well-known race, killing five and injuring hundreds. Several UNC students and faculty members were at last year’s marathon, and a few will be going back for Monday’s 2014 race.

Our Abigail Brewer talked to some about their memories of the day and the changes they hope to see next week.
